1. Wholesale & B2B Shipping

For our wholesale partners (Europe, USA, Gulf), shipping is calculated based on the total weight and volume of the order.

• Quotes: Shipping costs for bulk orders are provided via a custom quote to ensure you get the best competitive rates from our carriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex).

• Delivery Time: Wholesale orders typically take 7–14 business days for production and an additional 5–7 business days for international transit.

2. Specialized Packaging (The Lumira Standard)

We take immense pride in our packaging. To prevent breakage, we use:

• Double-Boxing: Each item is individually wrapped in high-density bubble wrap and placed in a reinforced inner box, which is then secured within a heavy-duty outer shipping crate.

• Shock-Absorbent Fillers: We use premium materials to eliminate any movement inside the package.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• European Union: We support our EU clients with the necessary documentation (Commercial Invoices/EORI numbers). Please note that import duties and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

• GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.): We provide seamless shipping with clear documentation for Gulf customs.

4. Insurance & Breakage Guarantee

Every international shipment is fully insured.

• In the rare event of breakage during transit, Lumira Glass provides a 100% Replacement Guarantee.

• Requirement: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
