At Lumira Glass, we stand behind the artistry of our handmade products. Since each piece is uniquely crafted, we ensure a fair and transparent return process.

• Damaged Items: As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, any item broken during transit is covered by our 100% Replacement Guarantee. Please send photos of the damaged item and packaging to Grandbazaaregypt@gmail.com within 48 hours.

• Wholesale Returns: Due to the custom nature of wholesale orders, returns for "change of mind" are not accepted. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before they enter the production phase.
