What is the minimum order quantity?

30 pieces per SKU for standard designs. Custom and private-label orders start at 100 pieces per SKU.

How fast can you ship?

Standard production is 14 business days. Rush production (where possible) is 7 business days with a rush surcharge.

Do you handle international shipping?

Yes. We ship via DHL Express, FedEx, and sea freight to 40+ countries. We handle all export documentation.

What payment terms do you accept?

First order: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Repeat clients: flexible terms including 30/70 and L/C at sight.

Can I order samples before committing to a bulk order?

Yes. We offer The Artisan Discovery Kit — a curated sample experience. Full cost is credited back on your first bulk order of 100+ pieces.

Do you offer private label?

Yes. We offer full private label services including custom logos, shapes, colors, and packaging. MOQ for private label is 100 pieces per SKU.
